The Rudolph Group operates in the metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St. Paul and in Citrus County, Florida, north of Tampa.

Florida
Citrus County, Florida is a quiet, beautiful part of Florida with excellent, inexpensive residential property for all types of families and individuals on the Gulf Coast, conveniently located less than an hour North of Tampa.
Citrus County has many advantages that make it a great place to live and rent or own property. It’s conveniently located less than two hours from Orlando and has a direct highway link to Tampa. Its communities are quiet, well-kept and often an excellent value, with residents from all over the United States and beyond.
The cost of living in Citrus County is surprisingly low. Properties are very affordable. Rents are low, and taxes are just a fraction of what is paid up North. Florida has no income tax and services costs are very reasonable throughout the area. Many communities are designed for a relaxed life-style, with golf, club activities and the wonderful Gulf Coast accessible for all to enjoy.
